"What a blessing!" Usher Raymond V was born in Atlanta, Ga. at 9:55 p.m., and weighed in at 7 lbs. 9 oz., according to the statement. A source tells PEOPLE that Usher was with his wife and new child Tuesday at an Atlanta hospital, and the family is expected to head home on Wednesday.
